Founded in 2009, CLO Virtual Fashion is creating a new ecosystem for digital fashion based on its unrivaled technology in 3D clothing simulation algorithms.

CLO Virtual Fashion provides all clothing‑related services from concept to design, manufacturing, marketing, fitting, and styling based on 3D clothing simulation algorithms.

Along with costume design software CLO, Marvelous Designer, and Jinny, we are involved in the entire costume journey with platforms specialized in costume content such as CLO‑SET and CONNECT to build an efficient and sustainable workflow.

Additionally, our solution allows physical and digital garments to be tagged together to function within the CLO system.

CLO Virtual Fashion, which is leading the global digital fashion market, currently has a total of 18 offices in 14 countries around the world, including Asia, North America, Europe, and South America, and is gradually expanding based on numerous customers from around the world.

Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Talent Acquisition Manager to join the People & Culture team and become a foundational partner in securing the best talent for CLO Virtual Fashion—a fast‑moving innovator in fashion technology.

This role is a pivotal strategic partnership that directly influences our business trajectory and organizational culture.

You will be central to designing and executing talent strategies aligned with our ambitious growth objectives, identifying individuals who authentically embody CLO’s values and enhance our unique culture.

Furthermore, you will be responsible for driving the HR strategy across the entire European region and actively participating in broader Global initiatives.

To thrive in this challenging mission, we seek a proactive professional who maintains a deep awareness of global recruitment standards, industry trends, and best practices in Human Resources.

Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic Talent Acquisition and HR Partner, collaborating closely with business leaders and hiring managers in the European regions on role definition, workforce planning, and supporting long‑term organizational development strategies.
• Define selection criteria, high‑profile roles, and job specifications for various positions, focusing on the tech and fashion industries, by actively engaging with internal stakeholders.
• Innovate and execute strategic hiring methodologies aligned with the company’s culture and industry standards.
• Continuously analyze talent trends, compensation structures, and industry benchmarks within the European market to provide insights that maximize our recruiting competitive edge.
• Contribute European regional expertise to the development of international HR standards, including global workforce policies, compensation strategy, and benefit plans.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing among global People & Culture teams and proactively introduce the latest HR trends and technologies.
• Collaborate with the global People & Culture team and the Business team to implement impactful employee‑centric initiatives and programs that fit the company.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or HR, with required expertise in a strategic capacity.
• Direct experience leading the recruitment of various positions within a tech, IT, or fast‑paced industry.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively collaborate and influence European and global leadership teams and internal stakeholders.
• In‑depth understanding of labor laws, data protection regulations (including GDPR), and HR compliance in key EU countries including Germany, France, Spain and Italy.
• Operational knowledge to design the employee experience ensuring a seamless connection with subsequent HR administrative tasks.
• Proficiency with tools such as Google Workspace, MS Office, and Slack.
• Native in German and fluent in English.
• Willing to travel internationally when needed.
• Degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Experience with global HRIS systems or HR tools (Ascentis, Bamboo HR, Justworks, Oracle, etc.).
• Experience sourcing various positions, including tech roles.
• Experience working with global teams.
• Proactive and hands‑on mentality.
