Stellenbeschreibung: Projektterminplaner (m/w/d)
Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Projektterminplaner, der folgende Aufgaben übernimmt:
- Selbstständige Erstellung des Projektterminplans in der geforderten Detailtiefe unter Verwendung geeigneter Software.
- Identifikation von Abhängigkeiten zwischen Vorgängen, in Rücksprache mit den verantwortlichen Bearbeitern.
- Kontinuierliche Pflege des Terminplans während der Projektlaufzeit.
- Erarbeitung von Vorschlägen für Meilensteine an die Projektleitung.
- Identifikation des kritischen Pfads und aktive Überwachung von Verschiebungen.
- Erstellung von Meilensteintrendanalysen.
- Unterstützung der Projektleitung bei der Risikoanalyse und deren Auswirkungen auf den Terminplan.
Qualifikationen:
- Abgeschlossenes Studium in Natur- oder Ingenieurwissenschaften, Betriebswirtschaft oder Projektmanagement.
- Theoretische und praktische Kenntnisse in der Projektterminplanung technischer Projekte.
- Erfahrung im Bereich Design, Engineering, Construction Management oder Projektmanagement ist vorteilhaft.
- Kenntnisse im GMP-Umfeld sind von Vorteil.
- Sicherer Umgang mit Microsoft Project und MS-Office; Kenntnisse in Primavera sind vorteilhaft.
- Strukturierte, verbindliche und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise im Team.
- Deutschkenntnisse mindestens auf B2-Niveau.
- Grundsätzliche Reisebereitschaft innerhalb der DACH-Region (ca. 50%).

Unsere Projekte dauern meist zwischen 6 und 24 Monaten. Der Einsatzort ist hauptsächlich beim Kunden, mit der Möglichkeit zum mobilen Arbeiten von Zuhause in Absprache mit der Projektleitung.
