We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Search Engine Optimization Specialist to lead SEO/SEA marketing campaigns across Europe. This role is ideal for a results-driven marketing professional with expertise in search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine advertising (SEA), who is eager to enhance online presence and drive traffic through strategic digital initiatives.

Position Overview:

As a Search Engine Optimization Specialist , you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing search marketing strategies across multiple countries. This role requires strong project management skills, analytical expertise, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to develop impactful digital marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough keyword research to identify high-value search terms and growth opportunities.
• Optimize website content, meta tags, and structure to enhance search rankings and user experience.
• Develop and execute link-building strategies to increase domain authority and referral traffic.
• Ensure website performance, mobile-friendliness, and technical SEO best practices.
• Plan, manage, and optimize paid search campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads and Bing Ads.
• Utilize AI tools for SEO content creation and collaborate with content teams for optimized digital content.
• Monitor and analyze SEO/SEA performance using tools like Google Analytics and Google Ads.
• Perform competitor analysis to identify market trends and strategic opportunities.
• Work with external vendors and internal teams to implement digital marketing strategies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Experience in SEO/SEA or a related digital marketing role.
• Proficiency with SEO tools and platforms such as Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, and Google Analytics.
• Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and optimization best practices.
• Experience with AI-driven content creation.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
• Native German speaker with fluent English; French or Dutch is a plus.
