Head of UHNW Client Development - International Zurich Based – International Mandate: A rare opportunity for an established UHNW relationship professional to combine trusted private client relationships with international travel and an entrepreneurial growth mandate. Our client is an established, financially strong international travel, events and investment company serving a selective portfolio of UHNW individuals, multigenerational families, family offices and business leaders. The role: You will take a leading role in expanding the company’s UHNW client base in Switzerland and internationally, opening doors, establishing trust and converting opportunities into long term clients. You will work closely with highly experienced travel experts who combine deep destination and cultural insight with responsibility for the ongoing client relationship. Together, you will provide sophisticated, independent advice, exceptional personal service and consistently strong execution. The role combines origination, strategic relationship development and measurable commercial responsibility. It is therefore suited to someone who can demonstrate not only an impressive network, but a strong record of turning relationships into tangible results. We are looking for: An established network among UHNW individuals, multigenerational families and/or family offices A demonstrable record of originating and developing valuable private client relationships The credibility and confidence to engage with sophisticated clients and their advisers Strong commercial judgement, discretion and personal integrity The self direction and persistence required to deliver ambitious, measurable growth Fluent English with additional European language skills being an advantage Degree educated A genuine interest in exceptional travel, hospitality & international experiences The opportunity: This is a senior, entrepreneurial position offering competitive fixed compensation, substantial performance based upside and significant autonomy.
