For our location in Frankfurt (Gateway Gardens) , we are looking for a Solution Design Engineer (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible.
YOUR FUTHER ROLE:
- You will be actively involved in acquiring new customers and expanding existing business.
- You act as a central point of contact for all internal departments and external partners/suppliers.
- You will develop optimal logistics processes such as analysing tender documents and data material, process design, calculating requirements, costing, pricing and creating price sheets, etc.
- You will take part in customer meetings and presentations.
- You will work with us on the further development of the SD team, such as improving the tools used, increasing know-how, optimising processes, etc.
- You are part of other individual project tasks.
THAT’S WHAT WE WANT:
- You have a degree in economics / technology, ideally specialising in logistics / business development or a comparable qualification.
- You already have at least 3 years of professional experience in logistics / warehouse logistics and have acquired a good understanding of logistics processes, especially in the area of warehousing.
- Ideally, you have gained knowledge in project management, tender management and analysing complex data.
- You have a good knowledge of common MS Office applications, especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint and possibly MS Access.
- Ideally, you already have experience with AutoCAD / Class or an alternative programme for drawing layouts.
- You communicate confidently in German (C1 and above) and English, both written and spoken.
- You are willing to travel up to 25% of the time.
- Your analytical, solution-orientated competence and structured way of working, your team orientation and your ability to work under pressure round off your profile.
