We pioneered the Organic SolidFlow battery
CMBlu started in 2011 as a research-driven project with the goal of storing electrical energy in arbitrarily large quantities in an environmentally friendly, sustainable and cost-effective way. Since then, we have continuously expanded our broad IP portfolio and expertise in large-scale energy storage.

Key Responsibilities
- Development and maintenance of digital twins for battery modules and energy storage systems
- Providing expertise and support to development teams to efficiently achieve project goals
- Leading and managing the design and simulation teams, ensuring aligned objectives, strategic planning, transparency of results, and shared insights
- Technical support for teams to achieve development goals
- Regular reporting on progress, challenges, and successes
- Ensuring clear and effective communication with various stakeholders and interfaces
Key Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in leadership roles
- Experience in simulation or with digital twins
- Experience in batteries or the electrical grid is desirable
- Excellent problem-solving skills and strategic thinking ability
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and inspire a diverse team
- Proficiency in both German and English, spoken and written
- Proficient in using common office applications
