This makes our patented SolidFlow technology a game changer in the development of a global climate -neutral energy system .

From start-up to scale-up : we\’re tackling it together

CMBlu Energy is developing from a start-up focussing on research into a manufacturing scale-up that is on its way to series production . Around 240 employees are working towards this goal at CMBlu Energy. Our head office is in Alzenau near Frankfurt, with a branch office in Obernburg. There are also subsidiaries in Athens, Greece and Petaluma, USA.

Your Responsibilities:

To strengthen our Customer Focus team, we are looking for an experienced and committed Project Manager who will be fully responsible for our projects in the field of large-scale energy storage.

You can expect exciting and responsible tasks with creative freedom:

• Management of large and complex development and customer projects
• Creation of project management plans (including strategy) adapted to a cross-departmental and complex environment
• Analyze customer and partner requirements and communicate internally
• Manage and lead external partners in the project scope
• Organize and lead project meetings and gate reviews
• Managing the entire project scope
• Review and optimize concepts and calculations
• Work closely with internal departments
• Time and milestone management

Your profile:

Are you highly motivated and want to help shape the new energy storage technology right from the start?

Job-related requirements

• Successful university degree (preferably in engineering)
• Extensive experience in managing customer projects, preferably in the energy industry or in plant construction
• Professional experience in the field of battery technology
• Experience in managing multidisciplinary teams with multiple interfaces
• PMI (CAPM), IPMA (Level D) or equivalent certification
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills
• Confident handling of MS Office, especially Excel
