There are currently multiple Business Manager positions available which present attractive salary and commission packages.
At MCT, the Business Manager is an integral part of our business. They are responsible for attaining Finance and Insurance results and have the opportunity to work closely with the GM, sales manager, and sales teams to assist in closing sales and increasing finance share.
Our dealerships are synonymous with exceptional customer experience, offering competitive and convenient finance options through Toyota & Lexus Financial Services.
The successful candidate would be someone who:
- Has previous automotive Business Manager experience (TFS / LFS experience a bonus)
- Is hungry for outstanding results
- Has an excellent ability to work collaboratively with the finance team, sales managers, sales team, and general manager
- Has a positive approach to adapting and growing in an ever-changing industry
- Has strict adherence to compliance
- Possesses excellent time management and organisational skills
