Apprenticeship Position – Commercial Apprentice with Federal VET Diploma
We are looking for a motivated apprentice eager to learn the profession of commercial clerk in an SME active in the metal construction sector.
Your Apprenticeship
Within our company, you will discover all aspects of the commercial clerk profession. You will be gradually trained and supported to acquire the skills necessary for your future career.
You will participate in the following tasks in particular:
- Telephone reception and welcoming visitors. - Managing mail and emails. - Filing and archiving documents. - Entering and monitoring administrative data. - Supporting accounting (invoices, payments, administrative follow-up). - Preparing documents, letters and offers. - Collaborating with various departments of the company. - Using office and management software.
Your Profile
- Compulsory schooling completed. - Strong interest in administrative work. - Comfortable with numbers and good logical skills. - Excellent command of spoken and written French. - Good knowledge of IT tools (Microsoft Office). - Organised, reliable and conscientious person. - Eager to learn, team spirit and sense of responsibility.
