The CMS Sion-Hérens-Conthey is looking for, for the Coteaux du Soleil site, two: Social workers at %Your mission- Analyze requests, evaluate the right to financial aid, and ensure follow-up in compliance with the current legal framework,- Accompany individuals in the construction and implementation of a social and/or professional reintegration project,- Collaborate actively with the various institutional partners (CII),- Note: one of the two positions includes a specific mission as a resource person for the social aid management software (AVENTIS), representing approximately 20% of the activity rate.
