What your tasks are: Lead the Supply Chain Planning workstream in national and international SAP transformation programs and ensure high-quality project deliveryTake end-to-end responsibility for planning processes and solution design across Demand, S&OP, Response and Supply to Inventory ManagementPlan and lead workshops with business and IT representatives on the client sideDesign and implement SAP IBP solutions, including integration with adjacent streams and systemsMentor our young professionals and junior consultants and actively contribute to knowledge-sharing in our Centers of ExcellenceTake over a leading role in sales cycles in your area of expertise and actively contribute to setup and run customer demos as well as pre-sales presentationsCommitment to continuous professional and personal development What experience you should have: 7+ years of hands-on consulting experience in SAP IBP including several end-to-end implementationsStrong expertise in SAP IBP for Demand and at least one additional SAP IBP application (S&OP, Response and Suplly or Iventory Management), including configuration of planning modelsProven experience in leading Supply Chain Planningstreams and small teams in complex transformation projectsE xperience in migrating from SAP APO and an understanding of SAP IBP data integration (e.g. SAP Cloud Integration for Data Services) are beneficialAbility to take ownership and drive topics independentlyExcellent consulting and communication skills with the ability to interact with stakeholders on all organizational levelsHigh flexibility and willingness to travelInterest in open and constructive cooperationBusiness fluent in German and English CNT stands for further development, career opportunities and prospects, as well as a family-friendly working environment.
