What your tasks are:

• Advising our clients in the context of SAP CX projects with a focus on SAP Commerce Cloud.
• Supporting our clients in the implementation or realignment of e-commerce solutions and customer portals.
• Taking on project management and lead roles in SAP CX projects.
• Engaging in pre-sales activities to support the sales team in winning new projects.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Conducting requirements workshops, identifying use cases, and implementing customer-specific requirements with a focus on SAP Commerce Cloud.
• Developing and implementing concepts and process models in close coordination with the client.
• Acting as an interface between business and IT in implementation projects.
• Mentoring our young professionals and assuming subject-matter responsibility for consultants.
• Continuously developing hard and soft skills.

What experience you should have:

• Excellent functional and technical expertise in the SAP CX portfolio, particularly in SAP Commerce Cloud.
• Strong customer and solution orientation, along with the ability to work independently.
• Ability to quickly understand and analyze complex requirements.
• High standards for quality and performance.
• 10+ years of experience in SAP CX projects and solid consulting expertise in the Commerce Cloud context.
• High degree of flexibility and willingness to travel.
• Interest in open and constructive collaboration.
• Business fluent in both German and English.
