pThe Revenue Growth Manager is the key driver of developing, planning, and executing CCHBC's Revenue Growth Management (RGM) strategy within the Commercial Team. This role is responsible for leading the development and full execution of our portfolio, pricing, promotional and trade investment strategies, across all commercial functions. This role translates headline RGM plans into actionable initiatives that drive sustainable revenue growth, improve revenue quality, and maximize return on investment. The role also carries people leadership responsibility, developing and leading the RGM team while building commercial capabilities across the organization. /p h3What you'll do: /h3 ul liDevelop and execute the company's Revenue Growth Management strategy, ensuring alignment with overall commercial and business objectives. /li liAchieve annual revenue, revenue per case, gross profit, and market share targets while improving CCHBC's ROI on trade investments. /li liLead the design and implementation of RGM initiatives, ensuring they become everyday performance drivers within the Commercial Function. /li liLead, coach and develop the RGM team, fostering a high-performance culture and building future capabilities. /li liCreate clear customer growth strategies and plans for our top customers that drive category growth and deliver superior commercial results. /li liAct as the key driver of alignment between the RGM team and other key stakeholders, including National Accounts, Channel Marketing and Field Sales. /li liEnsure continuous tracking of company and customer performance against key RGM metrics and recommend timely corrective actions where required. /li liDrive cross-functional adoption of RGM principles, capabilities and execution across the Commercial Team. /li liStandardise revenue management reporting and analysis (tools, processes and routines), leveraging data and analytics to create a competitive advantage. /li liBuild strong relationships with key stakeholders across the CCHBC Group and the Coca-Cola System to ensure access to the latest RGM tools, insights and best practices /li /ul h3What you'll bring: /h3 ul liCompleted Bachelor's degree (University/FH) /li liMin 7 years work experience or other relevant assignment with proven track record and owned results ideally in more than one of the following areas: Customer Management, Portoflio Pricing and Promo Management, Trade Investments, Brand Management and Commercialization, Commercial Finance, Category Management, Insights and Big Data. /li liPrevious experience in leading teams /li /ul pWe are Coca-Cola HBC – a growth-driven consumer goods business and strategic bottling partner of The Coca-Cola Company.
