Transportation Lead (m/f/d)

As a Transportation Lead (m/f/d), you will play a critical role in optimizing & leading our international transportation operations. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure the efficient movement of goods across borders while minimizing costs and maximizing service levels. Oversee the day-to-day execution of cross-border logistics operations, ensuring timely and cost-effective deliveries Collaborate with internal teams, including procurement, warehousing, and customer service, to streamline cross-border operations Monitor carrier performance and implement corrective actions as needed. Track carrier costs meticulously, and assess the justification of expenses, including supplier claims Continuously analyse transportation data to identify areas for improvement and cost savings Offer valuable analysis and insights for projects like freight forwarder tenders, contributing to informed decision-making Operational lead of cross-border transport specialist team A bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in the field of logistics is advantageous Excellent oral and written skills in English. German is a plus Strong communication skills and innovative mindset Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Advanced proficiency in using MS Office applications, and familiarity with Power Bi and automation tools (Power automate, VBA etc.) At Coca-Cola HBC, we are an inclusive employer that thrives on diversity.
