Assistant Store Manager - Munich in München

We are looking for an Assistant Store Manager for our store in Munich!

We are looking for a Coccinelle Ambassador who can convey passion and enthusiasm, supporting the team in achieving the store's objectives.

Specifically, our Assistant Store Manager will be responsible for:

• being a Coccinelle Ambassador, making customers feel part of the Coccinelle Family
• supporting the store manager in motivating the team to achieve quantitative and qualitative goals shared with the company, applying the “leading by example” method
• supporting the Store Manager in monitoring KPIs with a proactive spirit and commercial sensitivity, proposing any efficiency measures
• offering excellent customer service, ensuring high-level purchasing advice and developing customer relations
• supervising and ensuring the implementation of company guidelines within the store regarding restocking, visual planning, and CRM
• Ensure company standards in terms of CRM, data collection, and implementation of in-store marketing and clienteling activities in synergy with the directives received from the Store Manager
• Support the Store Manager in coordinating the administrative activities of the store (cash register, first note) and the warehouse (goods handling, inventory checks, space organization)

We are looking for a candidate with:

• at least 3 years' previous experience in a similar role
• excellent interpersonal skills and strong communication skills
• analytical mindset and ability to think proactively
• problem-solving and team management skills
• determination, flexibility, and enthusiasm
