Store Manager - Ingolstadt Village - Designer Outlet

We are looking for the role of Store Manager for our Ingolstadt store , which is about to open!

We are looking for a Coccinelle Ambassador who knows how to communicate passion and enthusiasm, supporting the team in achieving the store\’s objectives.

Responsibilities

• Being a Coccinelle Ambassador, making the customer feel part of the Coccinelle Family
• Guide the team in achieving quantitative and qualitative objectives shared with the company, applying the \“leading by example\“ method
• Manage, coordinate and motivate the team by promoting a positive and collaborative climate
• Monitor KPIs, propose efficiency actions in synergy with Retail Management and follow their progress with related reporting
• Offer excellent customer service, guaranteeing high-level purchasing advice and developing customer relations
• Supervise and guarantee the implementation of the company\’s guidelines within the Store regarding replenishment, visual plan, CRM
• Ensure company standards in terms of CRM, data collection and implementation of in-store marketing and clienteling activities
• Supervise and coordinate the first administrative activity of the store (cash register, first note) and warehouse (goods movement, inventory checks, organization of spaces)

Required Profile

• Excellent interpersonal skills and developed communication skills
• Analytical, problem solving and team management skills
• Determination, flexibility and enthusiasm
• Excellent knowledge of the English language and the Office package
