Your Tasks

• Serve as the entrepreneurial leader of your business unit, driving growth and innovation in partnership with our top-tier client.
• Cultivate strategic relationships, acting as a trusted partner and digital expert.
• Establish and evolve organizational structures and processes to enhance performance and efficiency.
• Collaborate closely across Cocomore units, ensuring knowledge sharing, operational synergy, and exceptional client service.

Your Profile

• A strong university degree with excellent results.
• Proven track record in client consulting, business development, and innovative solution delivery.
• Experience in entrepreneurship or involvement in start-up environments would be great.
• A highly motivated, organized leader capable of building and scaling teams.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fluency in English and German.
