Your tasks:
- Supporting the office team with daily administrative tasks
- Planning and preparation of internal and external events
- Professional welcome for customers and applicants
- Assist our HR team in recruiting and personnel development
Your profile:
- You are studying business administration, economics or social sciences or similar subjects
- You have 16–20 hours per week for exciting and varied tasks
- You live in Frankfurt or close by
- You have already gained practical experience
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
- Entrepreneurial mind with a high level of self-motivation and self-organization
- Outstanding social competency, strong communication skills
- Excellent English and German skills
