Overview:
- Seeking a dynamic communications specialist and researcher to enhance marketing strategy targeting start-ups, remote workers, and HR professionals interested in Future of Work.
- Recent graduates preferred (less than 36 months).
Tasks Include:
- Market research, product and message review, marketing measures, online and offline promotion, innovation integration, and assisting Managing Director.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor/Master’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field.
- Strong research and digital marketing skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Creativity and innovative thinking.
- Fluent in English and German preferred.
Beneficial Skills:
- Graphic design, WordPress, video editing, project management, press work.
- Opportunity to work with an impact-driven company.
- Mentorship from managing director.
Conditions:
- Start Date: ASAP
- Part-Time: 30 hrs/week
- Position partially funded through Brandenburger Innovationsfachkräfte program.
