What you will do

• Lead tender processes, manage complex negotiations and work directly with directors, VP level and C level leaders.
• Run workshops and presentations that turn advanced AI capabilities into clear business outcomes.
• Act as a strategic advisor helping clients modernise their contact centres and customer communication.
• Build sales strategies that open new markets and accelerate revenue growth.

What you bring

• Eight plus years in SaaS or technology sales with strong closing results.
• Experience selling into the German public sector or public health insurance environment.
• Ability to navigate procurement, regulations and complex buying cycles.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation and storytelling skills.
• Native or bilingual German and strong English.
• Curiosity and interest in modern AI and customer experience technology.
