- 5+ years’ experience with Ruby on Rails.
- 3+ years' experience managing software teams.
- Experience migrating applications is highly desirable.
- Experience with SQL Data base.
Skills:
- Good communication and collaboration skills are required.
- Problem solving and troubleshooting skills are a must.
- Ensuring quality by using unit and integration tests.
- Must understand sprint metrics to know what the team can produce and negotiate sprint deliverables with the customer.
Responsibilities
- Will review existing code and will select components to be upgraded or replaced, and their corresponding replacements.
- Will select tools to speed up the work.
- Will support the project manager in creating an execution roadmap for the project.
- Will review the work executed by the other software engineers on the project.
- Will perform code upgrade tasks.
- Will coordinate with the QA engineers to verify the code is producing the desired results
