Production / Packaging Assistant (m/f/d) - 32h per week in Berlin

We foster direct trade relationships with coffee farmers worldwide, pay high prices for the coffee beans, and ensure everyone involved in the value chain gets treated fairly and respectfully. For every kilogram of coffee we sell, we invest € 1 through our Coffee Circle Foundation e.V. to help support sustainable improvements in coffee-growing areas, such as providing clean drinking water, hygiene training, and coffee labs. Your tasks Use our packing machines to pack our roasted coffee beans Grind the roasted beans Maintenance, cleaning, and organisation of our equipment Own supply chain from labeling to packing and grinding the coffee Ensuring safety, cleanliness and order in our warehouse and team rooms Working with a great, international team in Berlin Reinickendorf (Lübarser Str. 40-46) Your profile Previous experience in coffee production jobs is a big plus Ability to work 4 days a week Reliability and punctuality Good organisational skills Strong affinity for teamwork Solid communication skills Rote Karte Fluent in English (at least B2), German is a plus Valid work permit for Germany This is an active, physical role in a warehouse setting. You should be comfortable lifting, carrying, and staying on your feet throughout the day.
