Your mission
- Provide IT support to our internal staff to ensure their smooth day-to-day operations
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software
- Educate staff on best practices for IT security and efficient use of tools
- Maintain and update internal support documentation
- Manage software and hardware assets, including inventory, tracking usage, and ensuring compliance with licensing
- Manage and support Microsoft stack applications and resolve issues related to Windows and macOS operating systems
Your profile
- 1+ years of experience in IT support or a similar role.
- Proficiency in managing and troubleshooting the Microsoft landscape, Windows/macOS operating systems and Android and iPhone devices.
- Experience in troubleshooting and IT support
- Exceptional teamwork skills and the ability to convey technical information clearly
- Willingness to engage in continuous learning and keeping IT skills up to date.
- Good communication skills and strong focus on providing excellent service and support to internal users.
- Fluent in German and English
- Optional experiences with:
- Device Management with MDM (Microsoft Intune)
- Atlassian Products (Jira, Confluence etc.)
