Job Title: Data Center Engineer

Location: Munich

Responsibilities:

1. Installing, configuring, and maintaining physical servers, storage units, network devices, and other IT infrastructure within the data center.
2. Performing routine maintenance tasks to ensure optimal performance and prevent equipment failures.
3. Troubleshooting and resolving hardware issues to minimize downtime and ensure data center operations.
4. Install, configure, and maintain VMware environments, including vSphere, ESXi, and vSAN.
5. Manage and monitor VMware infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
6. Deploy and manage virtual machines (VMs) within VMware environments.
7. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to VMware, Hyper-V infrastructure, and other virtualized environments.
8. Collaborate with other team members to support Data Center operations and projects.
9. Utilize knowledge of Cisco UCS blades for server provisioning and management.
10. Manage DNS, DHCP, and file services to ensure availability and reliability.
11. Provide support for Windows and Linux OS.
12. Troubleshoot operating system and server hardware issues to resolution.
13. Perform patching and upgrades.
14. Maintain and update documentation.

Minimum Requirements:

Years of Experience: 5.5 to 9.5 Years
