Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced German-speaking Project Manager to lead the delivery, enhancement, and support of enterprise Low-Code/No-Code application initiatives across Europe. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing application development and support projects, stakeholder engagement, vendor management, and Agile delivery within complex enterprise environments.
Experience with Appian is highly desirable. The candidate should be comfortable managing cross-functional teams, interacting with business and technology stakeholders, and driving digital transformation programs from initiation through production support.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management & Delivery
- 10+ years of Project Management experience in enterprise IT environments.
- Proven experience delivering application development and support projects.
- Experience managing Low-Code/No-Code platforms such as:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of Low-Code/No-Code application development projects.
- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, and resource planning.
- Ensure successful implementation, deployment, and transition to support teams.
- Drive Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid project delivery methodologies as required.
- Monitor project health and provide regular status reporting to leadership and stakeholders.
- Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams.
- Facilitate workshops, requirement discussions, and steering committee meetings in German and English.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Support executive communication and escalation management.
- Oversee application enhancement, maintenance, incident management, and release planning.
- Ensure adherence to governance, compliance, security, and quality standards.
- Manage SLAs, KPIs, and vendor performance.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence.
- Coordinate distributed teams across multiple geographical locations.
- Manage internal resources, external development partners, and third-party vendors.
- Support capacity planning, onboarding, performance tracking, and team development.
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, invoices, and project financials.
- Ensure contractual obligations and compliance requirements are met.
