Responsibilities:

Configure and administer Veeva PromoMats / Veeva Vault.

Configure workflows, lifecycles, document types, metadata, roles, and permissions.

Gather requirements and translate business needs into Vault configurations.

Support content review, approval, and compliance processes.

Troubleshoot issues and provide production support.

Support testing, UAT, releases, and system enhancements.

Collaborate with business and technical teams.
Required Skills:

8+ years of IT/consulting experience.

Strong hands-on Veeva PromoMats/Vault configuration experience.
-
Experience with Vault workflows, lifecycles, security, and document management.
-
Life Sciences/Pharma experience preferred.
-
Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
Must Have: Veeva PromoMats Configuration + Veeva Vault + Workflow/Lifecycle + Security.
