Role:
As a Senior Consultant specializing in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, you will play a pivotal role in delivering end-to-end ERP solutions. Working closely with clients and technical teams, you will lead the design, configuration, and implementation of F&O solutions to meet industry and client-specific needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead client workshops to gather requirements and provide expert advice on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations capabilities.
- Design and configure F&O solutions to meet client-specific business requirements.
- Provide guidance on best practices for business processes, aligning them with standard F&O functionality.
- Collaborate with developers on the technical aspects of projects, ensuring seamless integration of customizations.
- Ensure that projects meet deadlines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Assist with the migration of legacy systems to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
- Provide post-implementation support and training to ensure clients get the most from their F&O solutions.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in consulting and implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (or Dynamics AX).
- Deep understanding of F&O modules, including Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Retail.
- Ability to lead the entire project lifecycle, from requirements gathering to go-live and support.
- Strong knowledge of business processes in key areas like finance, operations, and supply chain.
- Experience with F&O customizations and integrations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work closely with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Fluency in both German and English.
- Willingness to travel and work on-site with clients as needed.
