Onsite Support Service Engineer (d/f/m)

Cognizant is looking for an Onsite Support Service Engineer (d/f/m) to join our inclusive team in Wolfsburg. This full-time role comes with a generous salary and benefits package.

The Onsite Support Service Engineer team will provide desk-side support, walk-in support, asset management, and smart hands.

In your first few weeks in this Onsite Support Service Engineer (d/f/m) role, you can expect to:

1. Provide site support for users and assist end-user computing issues.
2. Provide smart Hands and Feet support for the Technology team on demand.
3. Manage IT Asset lifecycle management for the location/region including asset collection coordination with vendor, secure storage, labelling, imaging, allocation, recovery, hygiene validation, disposal, and system updates.
4. Rack and Stack Support for commissioning/decommissioning infra devices.
5. Provide physical access to vendors on demand for site/Communication rooms – IDF/MDF/MMR and Datacentre/Server room.
