Electrical/Electronic Engineer / Ingenieur/in

Responsibilities : Collaborates with cross-functional teams to define and implement commercial strategies for BESS projects, including market analysis, pricing, and business development initiatives; Directs the engineering team in the design, development, and deployment of cutting-edge BESS solutions across a range of projects; Oversees the full lifecycle of BESS projects—from planning and execution to delivery—ensuring alignment with technical, financial, and regulatory goals; Acts as a key liaison with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to facilitate clear communication, alignment, and successful outcomes; Serves as the subject matter expert on BESS technology, offering leadership and mentoring to ensure engineering excellence and innovation; Monitors and enforces compliance with all relevant industry standards, safety regulations, and permitting requirements across all projects. Requirements: Bachelor\’s or Master\’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field; Proven experience in BESS technology and project management; Sound knowledge of relevant standards and guidelines for mounting systems and constructions; Strong understanding of commercial strategy development and implementation; Technical understanding of statics, materials science and assembly systems; Excellent leadership and team management skills; Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment; Fluent in English and German.
