Title: Head of Automation

Location: Freiburg, Baden-Württemberg, Germany

Key Responsibilities of the Role:

• Oversee power supply and distribution from 20kV to 400V levels
• Ensure comprehensive study and project execution within the team, adhering to defined specifications
• Contribute to document preparation for internal project approval
• Manage assigned projects efficiently
• Lead and develop team members
• Assist in defining and creating project specifications

Ideal Qualifications and Skills:

• Master’s degree in electrical engineering, MSR technology, or equivalent
• Preferably experienced in designing, planning, and executing power supply projects (400V to 20kV levels), including drive, control, and process control technologies
• Several years of professional experience in project planning and conceptualization within the relevant department
• Proven leadership experience
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
• High level of teamwork, initiative, independence, and reliability
• Willingness to travel and proficiency in English
