Responsibilities:

• Strategic development of the hardware and software product group
• Independent planning and execution of international IT procurement projects and complex tenders in the software/hardware sector, including negotiations, even with monopolists
• Development and implementation of the optimal sourcing/negotiation strategy as well as license optimisation, taking into account cost-saving measures
• Building and expanding a network and advising stakeholders on optimal sourcing/negotiation strategies
• Strategic supplier and product group management

Qualifications :

• Experienced strategic buyer with strong negotiation and communication skills
• Completed degree in business administration and several years of experience in international strategic purchasing of software; additional expertise in hardware is desirable
• Expert with a confident demeanor and skilled negotiation abilities combined with a strong team spirit
• Communicative, pragmatic personality with a high sense of responsibility, service mentality, and a pronounced motivation to actively shape the area of responsibility
• Fluent in German and English for negotiations
