Responsibilities:

  1. Review customer demand to ensure continuous, uninterrupted supply.
  2. Using in-house ERP system, create supplier schedules and ensure they are communicated and received weekly.
  3. Manage the inventory levels of products.
  4. Replenishment: planning of shipments from factories and third-party suppliers (Make-to-Stock/Order), dealing with the shipping companies to ensure maximum vehicle capacity utilization.
  5. Manage all planning parameters and master data for the finished goods, ensuring the system data is up-to-date.
  6. KPIs and reconciliation of deviations.
  7. Develop improvements to the planning processes and lead the implementation of all agreed improvements.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor or Master degree in Supply Chain, Economics, Business Administration or a related field.
  2. Track record in building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, with robust interpersonal and influencing skills.
  3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  4. Exposure to complexities of doing business in a large organization.
  5. Good understanding of systems and core supply processes.
  6. At least 3 years of experience in a relevant business environment.
  7. Fluent in English; German is an advantage.
