Role Overview
We are building a talent pool for Weekend Operators to support our semiconductor production operations in Zurich. This is an excellent opportunity for students or individuals seeking a long‑term, part‑time role alongside their studies or other commitments. In this role, you will work in a cleanroom manufacturing environment, supporting the production of high‑tech laser components. You will receive hands‑on training and gain insight into advanced semiconductor manufacturing within an international company.
Working Schedule
- Primarily weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday)
- Two‑shift system:
- Early shift: 06:00 – 14:00
- Late shift: 14:30 – 23:00
- Initial onboarding includes 5–10 days of training during weekday shifts
- Opportunity to take on additional shifts during semester breaks or peak periods
Your Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor semiconductor production equipment within a cleanroom environment
- Perform process control and inspections using measurement tools and microscopes
- Execute precise manufacturing tasks according to written work instructions
- Record and track production activities in ERP systems
- Ensure high quality standards through careful and accurate work
Your Profile
- Student or candidate with a strong interest in technology or manufacturing
- High level of manual dexterity and attention to detail
- Reliable, focused, and able to maintain concentration over extended periods
- Structured and quality‑oriented working style
- Good German skills (spoken and written); basic English is an advantage
