Senior Engineering Manager – Finance Analytics

Location: United States (Remote)

Salary: $260,100/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Type: Full-time

Role Overview:

Lead a team of data engineers and scientists to build scalable data pipelines and analytics tools for financial operations. Partner with finance and tech teams to ensure reliable, secure, and insightful financial data infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and manage ETL pipelines and financial analytics platforms
• Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, and Treasury to automate workflows
• Ensure data governance, quality, and security best practices
• Build dashboards and reporting tools
• Mentor engineers and lead team growth
• Drive scalable architecture and performance improvements

Requirements:

• 10+ years in data engineering/analytics; 5+ in leadership
• Strong SQL, Python, and ETL/data pipeline development skills
• Experience with Airflow, Snowflake/Databricks, and data modeling
• Understanding of financial workflows and data
• Proven cross-functional leadership and team-building

Nice to Have:

• Crypto and financial services experience
• Knowledge of payments/accounting/finance domains
• Experience with BI tools like Looker or Tableau
