Founder’s Associate Marketing/Content

Colayer is Europe\’s first decentrally owned tech talent platform. We are on a mission to build the most fulfilling working model for tech freelancers (designers, product managers, engineers, …), to help them live their best life possible with a community of like-minded co-owners. This means you can help create a cutting-edge tech company. As you get to know the different development stages of a start-up, you actively work on creating the next-generation working model for tech talents. You will be part of an agile and interdisciplinary team that promotes your professional and personal development. You will work directly with the founding team, consisting of very experienced serial entrepreneurs.

Responsibilities

• You support the team in developing and executing marketing strategies to expand our reach.
• You create engaging content for our website, blog, newsletter, and social media channels.
• You conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in our target industry.
• You assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, including email outreach and community engagement.
• You track and analyze marketing performance to improve future initiatives.

Qualifications

• You are currently in your bachelor\’s or master\’s studies or have just completed them.
• You have experience in content creation, copywriting, or digital marketing (internship or personal projects).
• You have strong writing and communication skills in English (German is a plus).
• Tech savviness and experience in building with no-/low-code tools is a plus.
• You are team-oriented and proactive.
• You can question the status quo again and again.
