Overview
In this role you lead end-to-end clinical research within Colgate-Palmolive's Dental Health Unit to advance global oral health. You will coordinate studies, manage data and analyses, and ensure compliance with GCP and company policies. You collaborate across external partners and internal teams to translate research into clinical practice and publication. This is a chance to shape how we evaluate oral care innovations at a global scale.
Verantwortungsbereiche
- End-to-End study management from protocol design to analysis for oral care products and interventions
- Build and analyze research databases using statistical tools
- Serve as clinical examiner and conduct trials with global Colgate Technology Centers
- Maintain TMF and ensure GCP/compliance across policies
- Collaborate with external groups and internal functions on dental diagnostic methods
- Draft, review and disseminate study reports and peer-reviewed manuscripts
- Train and supervise clinical trial site staff
- Support flexible, travel-enabled trial operations and confidentiality protocols
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Postgraduate research degree (PhD or equivalent) OR a recognized dental degree (DDS/BDS/BSc)
- Minimum 6 years of demonstrable clinical research experience
- Experience drafting trial protocols and ethics forms
- Experience managing CROs and protocol compliance
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills
- Accredited training in Good Clinical Practice (GCP)
