IN THIS ROLE
Leading construction projects to complete high‑quality jobs on budget and on schedule
Working with our internal construction team, designers, vendors, and sub‑trades to ensure project scope is executed correctly and on schedule
Working with clients throughout the job process to ensure an excellent customer experience
Maintaining and updating project schedules, budgets, sub‑trades, and change orders
Attending initial site visits with client and sales lead to capture project requirements
Preparing and sending quotes for potential projects within 7 days of site visit
Estimating time and sub‑trade requirements for projects
Driving and maintaining a Collaborative Construction vehicle
Qualifications
Experience in interior and exterior construction work
Project management experience in any field
Exceptional organization skills with the ability to think and plan multiple steps ahead
Outgoing personality – able to connect with people effectively
Ability to lead teams and motivate others
Comfortable working on job sites incl. heights, ladders, crawl spaces, etc.
Ability to work some evenings and weekends when necessary
Clean driving record
