Job Description

• Participate in preparing strategic documents for potential investments, including detailed reports, briefings, presentations, and decision support materials.
• Extract data from open sources and external databases to enhance our internal analytics dashboard (AIDA).
• Implement automated solutions for data updates to add value.
• Manage and improve the AIDA database, integrating data from various departments into a centralized dataset.
• Create interactive dashboards using Power BI for data visualization and analysis to support decision-making.
• Develop algorithms to streamline investment evaluation and deal origination processes, leveraging data-driven methods.
• Collaborate with experts to integrate data management software and automate reporting.
• Support AI technology integration in enterprise platforms to analyze market trends and investor behaviors, utilizing tools like Microsoft Copilot.

Qualifications

• Experience with real estate valuation methodologies.
• Advanced skills in Power Query and Power BI for dashboards and data visualization.
• Proficiency in Excel.
• Basic knowledge of Python for scripting, automation, and algorithm development.
• Experience with APIs for data extraction and automation.
• Familiarity with GIS tools like QGIS and ArcGIS, and geospatial data analysis (plus).
• Basic knowledge of numerical tools like MATLAB for predictive modeling (plus).
• Ability to translate business needs into mathematical models and tech solutions.
• Innovative mindset and proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
• Strong critical thinking and analytical skills.
• Excellent problem-solving skills to address technical and process issues efficiently.
