To strengthen our interventional urology division, we are looking as soon as possible, for a full-time, permanent position, for a:Sales Representative – Interventional Urology (French-speaking Switzerland)In this role, you manage your commercial territory autonomously and actively contribute to the sustainable growth of our business through the development of solid client relationships and the achievement of your sales targets.Main responsibilitiesBusiness Development- Develop and promote our entire product portfolio in your territory.- Retain existing clients and identify new business opportunities.- Prospect and develop new accounts in the fields of urology, gynecology, and specialized centers.- Implement commercial and marketing strategies defined by the company.Client Management- Build and maintain sustainable relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.- Organize and conduct regular client visits, scientific events, and targeted actions.- Advise healthcare professionals on products, procedures, and therapeutic options.- Provide technical and clinical support in the operating room through your specialized expertise.Activity Management- Develop and monitor business plans, sales forecasts, and associated budgets for A, B, and C clients.- Analyze commercial performance indicators to identify growth levers.- Ensure regular competitive intelligence and update potential analyses as well as the client database.- Work closely with the Regional Sales Manager and the Key Account Management team.- Ensure rigorous follow-up: reporting of tours, CRM updates, expense reports, and processing of returns and complaints.Profile- Higher education, commercial or professional degree completed, ideally in the medical, paramedical, nursing, or related field.- Additional training in sales or commercial management is an asset.- Several years of experience in the sale of medical devices or technical products requiring specialized support.- Knowledge of urology or strong ability to quickly acquire clinical and technical expertise.Personal Skills- Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong sense of customer service.- Dynamic personality, credible, and endowed with a strong analytical impact, good understanding of economic issues, and ability to work autonomously while favoring teamwork.Languages and Tools- Proficiency in French and English.- High level of proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.What we offer- A varied, stimulating position with a high degree of autonomy and a high level of responsibility.- The opportunity to evolve in a recognized company that is solidly established in its market.- A committed, ambitious team driven by respect, passion, and proximity to patients and healthcare professionals.- Competitive working conditions and social benefits, including an advantageous pension plan and comprehensive insurance coverage.Interested?Do you wish to put your energy, your expertise, and your passion for sales at the service of an innovative and growing company?We look forward to receiving your application via our business portal.Business without integrity is not businessColoplast: Coloplast maintains a high standard of ethical conduct.
