Why we need this role

We are creating a new business role within our DACH enterprise team. You will be supported by a dedicated business development team that handles outreach and lead generation, allowing you to focus on engaging senior decision-makers, building trust, and orchestrating high-impact solutions that deliver tangible business outcomes.

What you will be doing

  • Lead strategic sales engagements with large enterprise prospects across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
  • Reignite and grow underutilized or dormant accounts through tailored, consultative approaches.
  • Build and nurture trusted relationships with C-level stakeholders (CIO, CTO, CISO, etc.).
  • Collaborate with marketing and lead generation teams to convert qualified leads into long-term clients.
  • Drive solution-based sales across Colt’s portfolio, including networking, cloud, and digital infrastructure.
  • Lead cross-functional virtual teams to deliver seamless pre- and post-sales execution.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline discipline using modern sales methodologies.

What we\’re looking for

  • Recent success in new business development and enterprise solution sales.
  • Experience selling into large German enterprises, ideally in telecom, IT services, or digital infrastructure.
  • Fluent in German and English, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong consultative selling skills and the ability to influence at the executive level.
  • A strategic mindset, commercial acumen, and a passion for delivering customer outcomes.
  • A self-starter attitude with a hunter mentality and a drive to succeed.

Education

A bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a relevant field (or equivalent experience).
