As the Director of Security Architecture and Engineering, you will be instrumental in shaping and executing our enterprise-wide security strategy. Your primary responsibilities include leading the development, implementation, and continuous enhancement of our security architecture and engineering practices. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our systems and data.

What you will do :
- Security Architecture Leadership: Develop and maintain the company\’s security architecture framework, ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry best practices.
- Engineering Oversight: Lead a team of security engineers responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining security controls across the organization.
- Threat Intelligence: Review the latest cyber threats and vulnerabilities, integrating threat intelligence into security strategies.
- Security Technology Roadmap: Establish and manage the security technology roadmap, driving the adoption of emerging security technologies to support organizational transformation.
- Collaboration and Communication: Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders to align security initiatives with overall business and technology strategies.
- Team Development and Management: Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing cybersecurity team, fostering continuous learning and collaboration.
- Budget and Vendor Management: Oversee security budgets, resource allocation, and vendor relationships.
What we’re looking for :
Skills & Experience
- Bachelor\’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Security, or related fields.
- Proven leadership in security architecture and engineering roles.
- Deep knowledge of security principles, protocols, and technologies.
- Understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance standards.
- Industry certifications such as SABSA, CISSP, or similar are highly desirable.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to assess complex security situations and make informed decisions.
