Job Summary/Overview
Working as the HR expert, responsible for all HR affairs in the plant, implementing HR strategies/policies from HQ.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with corporate.
- Conduct the whole recruitment process including screening and interviewing, working together with hiring managers for candidate selection.
- Optimize the organizational structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions.
- Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable HR requirements.
- Conduct trainings for internal performance management, policies, etc.
- Support training programs based on practical methods that include new learning technologies and training facilitators.
- Responsible for yearly talent review and development plan.
- Responsible for payroll payment and bonus calculations.
- Develop the improvement plan based on local and market data.
- Design and implement employee retention programs.
- Support the performance management cycle.
- Support the employee engagement survey and take action to improve employee experience.
- Other tasks assigned by the company.
Knowledge, Skills, Competencies, and Abilities
- Demonstrable experience with human resources metrics and knowledge of HR systems and databases.
- Excellent training and developmental skills.
- Strong organizational skills and multitasking skills.
- Time management.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Human Resource Management.
- 6 years or above HR related working experience, at least 2 years in a known multinational company, with demonstrated experience/success in Recruitment, Training, C&B, Retention, Performance Review, and Talent Management.
- Familiar with local governmental laws, rules, regulations, and/or practices about employment, safety, environment, and health.
- Capable of developing, improving, and maintaining company HR procedures and systems.
