Scope
- Manage commissioning contractors and supervise mechanical and electrical activities
- Monitor project progress, schedules, costs and risks
- Coordinate contractors, engineering teams and stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality and commissioning procedures
- Oversee testing, handovers and final documentation
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent technical qualification
- 5+ years of relevant experience in technical building services
- Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, international standards and building technology
- Proven experience in installation supervision and contractor team leadership
- Strong communication and teamwork skills; fluent English, German is an advantage
