Overview
In this role you enable high-performing Agile teams to deliver value reliably within ComeOn!’s tech-driven environment. You’ll coordinate multiple squads, coach Agile practices, and partner with Product Owners, engineers, QA, and stakeholders to keep the roadmap on track. Your work accelerates delivery through structured collaboration, risk management, and continuous improvement. This position offers a hands-on opportunity to shape Agile delivery at scale in a fast-moving gaming company.

Verantwortungsbereiche
- Coordinate the delivery of roadmap initiatives across multiple Agile squads
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives) for 3–4 squads
- Support cross-team delivery coordination for larger initiatives
- Ensure requirements are well-defined and prioritized with Product Owners
- Collaborate with Developers, QA, UX, and Product teams to keep delivery on track
- Identify and resolve delivery risks, dependencies, and blockers early
- Provide regular progress updates and manage stakeholder expectations
- Contribute to incident management related to delivery and timely resolution
- Contribute to continuous improvements of delivery processes and team collaboration
- Coach Product Owners and delivery teams on Agile principles and scaled frameworks
Zentrale Anforderungen
- 7-8 years of experience in a delivery-focused Agile role (e.g., Scrum Master, Agile Delivery Coordinator, Release Train Engineer, Agile Coach)
- Experience with complex, multi-team products and cross-functional collaboration
- Strong knowledge of Agile delivery frameworks (Scrum, Scaled Agile)
- Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- Fluency in English (spoken and written)
- Experience coaching Product Owners and Agile teams to improve planning, execution, and delivery
- Good technical understanding for collaboration with engineering teams
- Strong problem-solving and continuous improvement mindset
- Agile certifications (PSM/CSM/SSM, SAFe Scrum Master, SAFe RTE or similar)
