We are looking for a friendly, professional and motivated F&B Server (m/w/d) to join our Food & Beverage team at the Airport Plaza Hotel.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, professional and efficient service to all guests.
- Take food and beverage orders and ensure accurate and timely service.
- Maintain excellent knowledge of food, beverage and wine menus.
- Make recommendations and support upselling opportunities.
- Prepare and maintain restaurant, bar and service areas to a high standard.
- Operate POS and payment systems accurately.
- Respond professionally to guest requests, feedback and complaints.
- Follow all HACCP, food safety, hygiene and hotel procedures.
- Maintain awareness of allergens and follow established allergen procedures.
- Assist with events, stock replenishment and general F&B duties as required.
- Work effectively as part of the team and support colleagues during busy periods.
- Maintain professional grooming and presentation in line with hotel standards.
What We Are Looking For
- Previous Food & Beverage or hospitality experience is essential.
- Excellent guest service and communication skills.
- Good knowledge of food and beverage service.
- German and English language skills.
- A positive, professional and team-focused approach.
- Good attention to detail and the ability to work well in a busy environment.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
