Our developments make an important contribution to safer, more efficient and more sustainable production, mobility, and communication.In the Group Functions, we support the market-oriented divisions with central services. We work together today on the solutions for tomorrow – in close cooperation with our customers and always with high quality standards.What you will do:Lead and manage Flamatt HQ facility, security, and maintenance/industrial engineering teams.Lead and coordinate facilities and utilities projects, without any regular travelling.Foster culture of operational excellence, develop personnel training plans and a fully cross-trained organization.Develop roadmaps for facilities improvement and operational efficiency as well as develop and report KPI within facilities and maintenance organizations.Establish standardized processes for the facility, security, and maintenance/industrial engineering team which can be deployed globally as well as ensuring best practices are shared and adopted across all locations.Ensure that facilities meet government regulations requirements (mainly security, chemicals, acids, ionizing radiation).What you bring:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering or equivalent is required.Experience of at least 10 years in managing facilities/utilities including maintenance in manufacturing industries is required.Strong knowledge of production processes with proven experience and certification in work safety.Strong technical knowledge in utilities and facilities management, including clean room activities.Fluent in English, both verbally and written as well as good verbal skills in German (B2).Break new ground with us:Work on innovative solutions for global technical challenges.Benefit from a modern workplace with flexible working options and remote working.Take part in Comet’s success through profit sharing.We are curious about you and look forward to receiving your complete online application and will be happy to answer any questions you may have.For this vacancy, only direct applications and no agency candidacies will be considered. #J-18808-Ljbffr
