We work together today on the solutions for tomorrow - in close cooperation with our customers and always with high quality standards.What you will do:Lead the Non-ERP Applications team and ensure reliable application services across the Comet Group (PLM, MS Office365, Jira/Confluence, HR and others)Own the application landscape, including budget, licenses, external partners and service providersDrive the application roadmap together with business stakeholders and IT ArchitectsOptimize business processes and ensure secure integration between applications and systemsAct as a strategic partner and escalation point for business departments across the organizationLead projects, drive system improvements and ensure solutions are delivered on time and within budgetWhat you bring:Degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering or a comparable field, combined with solid leadership experience7+ years of experience in senior IT application management, including people leadershipStrong knowledge of PLM, collaboration systems and IT application integrationGood understanding of business processes in industrial companies and RD environmentsProven project management and stakeholder management experience in an international environmentExcellent English skills, German is a plus, with a strategic mindset and hands‑on approachWhy join us?
