We work together today on the solutions for tomorrow - in close cooperation with our customers and always with high quality standards. /p h3What you will do: /h3 ul liTake functional ownership of Siemens Teamcenter across the Comet Group and provide technical leadership to the PLM team /li liOptimize PLM processes together with Engineering, Operations, Quality, Product Management and IT /li liTranslate business needs into scalable PLM solutions and maintain the application roadmap /li liDrive PLM projects, change initiatives and continuous improvements across international teams /li liEnsure reliable operations, integrations and lifecycle management of Teamcenter, including SAP S/4HANA and CAD systems /li /ul h3What you bring: /h3 ul liDegree from a University of Applied Sciences (FH), Advanced Technical College (HF) or equivalent qualification in an industrial or technical discipline /li liSeveral years of experience with Siemens Teamcenter and a strong understanding of PLM business processes /li liExperience in change management and project management within an industrial environment /li liExperience in functional leadership, stakeholder management and guiding teams through change /li liStrong knowledge of Teamcenter integrations with SAP S/4HANA, CAD systems and related applications /li liExcellent English skills, strong communication abilities and a structured, hands-on approach; German knowledge is an advantage /li /ul h3Why join us?
