What You Will Do
- Lead the Non-ERP Applications team and ensure reliable application services across the Comet Group (PLM, MS Office365, Jira/Confluence, HR and others)
- Own the application landscape, including budget, licenses, external partners and service providers
- Drive the application roadmap together with business stakeholders and IT Architects
- Optimize business processes and ensure secure integration between applications and systems
- Act as a strategic partner and escalation point for business departments across the organization
- Lead projects, drive system improvements and ensure solutions are delivered on time and within budget
What You Bring
- Degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering or a comparable field, combined with solid leadership experience
- 7+ years of experience in senior IT application management, including people leadership
- Strong knowledge of PLM, collaboration systems and IT application integration
- Good understanding of business processes in industrial companies and R&D environments
- Proven project management and stakeholder management experience in an international environment
- Excellent English skills, German is a plus, with a strategic mindset and hands-on approach
