Your mission
Within the Building Control Department, you will ensure the administrative follow-up of files related to building permits, regulatory procedures, and the department’s activities. You will contribute to the smooth running of administrative procedures while guaranteeing a quality service to the public.
Your main responsibilities
- Ensure the administrative management of files for building control and urban planning. - Welcome, inform and guide the public. - Prepare, monitor and update files in management tools. - Draft letters, decisions and official documents of the department. - Ensure the follow-up of administrative procedures and legal deadlines. - Participate in the preparation of files intended for the Municipality. - Ensure the follow-up of public inquiries and objections. - Manage filing, archiving and maintenance of official registers. - Compile statistics and data necessary for management reports. - Participate in various administrative tasks of the department and provide occasional cover in other departments.
Your profile
Exclusive criteria
- Commercial employee CFC completed with experience in construction / technical field or equivalent. - Excellent writing skills and perfect command of French. - Very good organisation and ability to manage several files simultaneously. - Excellent command of office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook). - Autonomy, rigour and sense of responsibility. - Ability to work respecting procedures and deadlines. - Stress resistance and good priority management. - Discretion and respect for confidentiality. - Sense of public service and good interpersonal skills.
Desired criteria
- Experience in a public or municipal administration. - Knowledge of legislation related to spatial planning and construction (LAT, LATC, RLATC). - Knowledge of public inquiry procedures and building permits. - Technical skills in construction, urban planning or plan reading. - Knowledge of specialised software or document management.
